not locking in

It is in a 91 ex. It has a 1354a and it wont work. I cant here the transfer case moter working, I have already cleaned it. Changed the push button. What else could it be???? HELP

get a new shift motor , mine did the same thing, L.M.C. truck has them for pretty cheap and then you will be back on the trail, take a test light and check the wires goin in to the t-case motor, if you got power going to it the motor is bad, if you dont then its eals were. but im 98% sure its gunna be the t-case motor. good luck.
