Hey guys been in the sacromento area for a year now and only know of one legal wheeling spot trying to find more this winter granted i cant go to extreme only got an 89 ranger 2wd drive gotta find a 4wd tranny and t case but got 5.5 inch lift on 33 1250 with a 4.0 swap and 8.8 with lsd and 410 she does allright but lacks 4wd you guys know any spots to wheel

what up tweet? sounds like a sweet seet up, morg will be jealous. he mobs around with a one tire fire. as far as legal places, the only really legit place in sac is prairie city, once you get out of town there are lots of places to go. where did you come from? oh and where is the spot you know of? lots of people go over to folsom lake over at rattle snake bar. its kinda legal, basically dont get caught mobbin in the mud pits, and the other stuff, is mostly fine. just tell the ranger you werent wheeling. just trying to find a good spot to kick it at the lake.

Haha its an allright setup havent ran it with the 8.8 yet still waiting for the motor lol i torr down the 4.0 and gunna re ring it with hopefully a 410 comp cam and im in process of porting heads should do for now till the big motor comes and ive been to praire city thats only legal spot i know of lol

latrobe road is a neat lil place we have bonfires and do a lil wheeling. some neat hill climbs. and the creek crossings can be fun in the winter. i always do fine.

come up to my neck of the woods. my back yard is a huge river bed. its alot of fun that is 2wd friendly.

I had auto tragic once id really wana stick with my 5 speed i have an m50d its just 2wd all i could find after catching truck on fire

Hey I was looking to get wheels (finally), and was wondering what your guys' thoughts were as far as backspacing and width. I have 35x12.50s, so Idk if I should go 10" wide or 12". Also, I am semi worried about going through wheel bearings 24/7, so I am almost thinking a centered backspace....

A 10 inch rim is a min for 35s. I think mine are a 3.5 back spacing and it worked out great

i would do a 10 inc wheelwith about a 2.5 to 4.0 inch backspaceing

I was thinking Sac Valley or Coon Creek. They're nicer ranges, it's cheaper to shoot, they have sporting clays, and you don't have to pay an "environmental fee" or "parking fee". Plus you don't have to deal with the ghetto ass hood rats out there with their gats and their nines.
