does anyone have a truck that is good enough to tow a fs f150 from truckee? i found a 79 f150 in truckee that has a hp 44 and a 9 inch for free. i will give gas money.

In all seriousness though, I have an F250 with a 7.3 that will haul whatever you can put behind it. Gas may be a tad though because it only gets like 10-12mpg, probably on the lower end of that if towing. When do you need to do it?

Oh ok I saw a post on it. I just found out today the Forrest circus is having a meeting on road closures that day so that's a lil more important than meeting some 2wheel guys even though it would be kinda cool to put faces to names. They're talkin about closin roads me and my buddies wheel/hunt and it's right here in my back yard so to speak.
Ranger boy- I agree it does but if you ever went to the city college to set for a couple min then you'd be walkin around with a stiffy for a couple days! There's more strange there than any where I've ever been and I've been across this country a couple dozen times! It's like you walked into another dimension!

well new guy with solid axle gets mad points for getting involved with keeping thigs open! I have been doing a lot of reading and investigating on the closures around here. its bull shit. I hope you guys can hold out. dont forget, no matter what keep a professional demeanor.

It's not that you guys aren't important but most 2wd guys are into shiny and are afraid to get off the road and fling sum mud. Besides they're usually city boys and ppl from the city irritate me quick.

Ben- you got that one right! If the drive line shop gets my drive line done in time I'll try to get it down there. It's still rough lookin though. Havn't got a grill, head lights dont match the fenders, needs a paint job, needs a bumper, interior is pretty bad (no carpet, shifter boots and dach top is cracked. But I just finished the motor tonight. Gotta let the permatex set overnight before I fill the rad and start it up to adjust the carb. Got a bunch of work left but it'll get done eventually.

wes, I totally know what you mean, I was freaking out bad, and I didnt have the money to get knocked out so I just had novacaine... It took 4 nurses and the dentist to hold me down. I ****ing hate that shit.
