Ben- I just posted a thread "The ranger" in under construction. I don't have to worry about ca laws with it. I guide deer, turkey hunts for a friend in Ks, Ne, Fl and New Mexico. This is a truck I sold to him but get to keep for travelling back and forth working for him. He's from Florida.

I just put a brand new intake on it and was attempting to get it to run again and the f-ing brand new (rebuilt) starter quit me. But before that the damn thing kept back firing. I'm not sure if it's the timing or if my intake gaskets didn't seal. Either way I'm gettin burned out on it. I wish shit would just work and I wouldn't have to re-do shit any more. But that's what I get for putin a custom truck together.

Whan I did my v8 swap I went through some bad shit but its well worth it in the long run.
I'm super trashed rite now. Got 5 teeth pulled today at the unbeilivable low price of $2500. Wow what a deal! Now my sas is going to hafta wait. I hope the ifs continues to hold op to my v8 abuse.

not far off... I paid almost a grand for 3 without being knocked out plus the pain meds and after care and such. just found out as of this month I have medical and dental and vision through the railroad! time to use that shit up!

You went through some sh** with the v8 swap? Prepare for some long sleepless nights with that SAS. Are you going all custom or are you gonna try and use parts off of another truck. Either way its a bi*** but worth it in the end.

kevery what steering box did you use? im going to cut the radius arm wedges of the hp 44 and leaf for now. im going to link it in a couple of years maybe sooner if it doesnt smog. but it should.

I used a IFS box out of a 88 ish toyota 4runner. Works well and easy to tap for hydro assist if you wanted to. Your definatly going to run into some issues, but it comes with the territory right? Smog, ehh possible with some customization. If you have any questions just ask. I have the same truck just stock engine. I'll post a picture of the box.

just got board and wanted some teeth removed. lol i had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and one that was crushed by one of the wisdom teeth. drugs are good.

The pipment arm is custom as well so that won't look the same.
