If you have pictures stored in another site, like photobucket, click the little mountain icon above the text input box when typing a message on TRS. When clicking this, a popup asks for the URL of your image. Find URL of just the image you want to post and put it in that little popup window. Press "ok" and the image you want will show up in the message input box if you have typed or pasted it correctly.
