Hi all,
I'm looking to upgrade my 2000 Ranger XL's stock radio only HU to a stock CD player/cas. Will any clip-in double DIN ford radio work? Mine only has one plug on the back which I assume is for speakers and power/acc lighting. I did not paw around to see if there were other unused plugs in the dash for something else. The other radios I looked at in the salvage yard has two or three plugs in the back..........what are these for and do I need them. I already installed two rear speakers from my old XLT into this XL.
Just looking so a cheap CD/cass and maybe AUX input. What years will work as I've searched and the majority of the posts seem to lean toward aftermarket stuff. I have some parts I can trade the j-yard for so that is where this is coming from.
