Are the injectors firing for sure when there is a no start. A Noid light could be your friend in this case.
I have a truck that did the same thing. I had a bad connector that when it hit 25 degrees it would open up and shut off power to the fuel pump. cleaned and tighten up the connector and all was good.

. Got out and tried the BKO started right up no problem. Anybody want a real cold natured truck. Needs a beach likes swim suits.
run rough for a few seconds and your good to go! Makes me think something with the temperature of the air but I am totally at a loss and running out of $$ ANY idea are welcome.
