Welcome to TRS :)

You have bad battery cables, or bad connections

Remove the cables from the battery.
Clean battery terminals and cable ends, then follow each cable, and remove it and clean that connection.
This includes the smaller Positive and Negative cables coming from the battery.

People often focus on the Positive battery cable, but electricity travels in a LOOP, positive to negative(actually the other way, lol), if that LOOP has a bad connection anywhere then electricity can NOT flow.

i.e. disconnect Negative battery terminal and there is no power anywhere..............so make sure those Negative cables are in good condition and making good BARE METAL contact to the vehicle

You can take a razor knife and slice larger battery cables insulation back about 4 inches, if you see a whitish discoloration on the bare metal of the cable then battery cable needs to be replaced, thats corrosion
