so #28 has no power whats-o-ever, i tried checking with car on, off, ignition on on position and nothing, dose any one know were that wire goes to or if it has a relay somewhere? thanks

the GEM i dont know were it feeds from but my 4x4 isnt working with the switch only if i put it in manually,
