No power no start

So i put a new motor and clutch in my 1993 2wd xlt ranger and all was fine been driving it for a few weeks went out to start it a few days ago got a click ended up jumping it with a battery charger and it took a min but started so drove to my destination and shut it of immediately itreid starting it just to see and turn the key no dash lights no click nothing so i check the voltage at the battery and had 12.75 volts also head lights dont come on but anyways i was up on a mountain so i got it rolling headed down hill and i tried bump starting it the whole way down the mountain and had no success still no lights no power at all check battery again and still over 12 volts today i checked all the wires and all the fuses and even switched the relays out and still nothing i even got power at the starter underneath the truck so at this point im stumped any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated and thank you ahead of time

Hmm...

93 still has the old headlight switch. It shouldn't need anything but the battery to work. No power of any kind in the cab?

Yes no power to anything at all no dash lights no dinger nothing at all side note last year sometime i had smelled a burning in the cab ended up being the head light dimmer switch i ended up having to put a toggle switch in but its been running fine since then just konda happened outta no where there was nothing leading up to it at all ran one day went out the next day and it was like it was dead and then i trouble shooted what i explain in my last post
