Did you weld to the frame, or does it just look that way? Personlly, I would have bolted it.

Yeah I welded it. I was going to bolt it, but that was a lot of work taking out the tank and all. A few people on here said they have welded them and had no problems. So I went the easy way. Its stong enough to lift the truck with a floor jack, So I guess that is good enough for me.
