No Heat

98 Explorer, I have no heat and it wont switch from defrost to any other settings. I changed all the ac/heater controls and the fuses are good. Im not sure what to look at next. If any body has some suggestions let me know. GO SEAHAWKS!!!!!

Look for vacuum leaks under the hood first. That usually keeps the defrost on. That also may not open the heater valve.

I'm taking a stab here but, could it possibly be the Blower Motor Relay. It's located in The Battery Junction Box under the hood.
