No heat in mt 97 Ranger.

OK anybody know how to tell if I have a blend door issue or a heater switch issue. I have no heat, I used to be able to here the blend door open and close and now I don't hear anything. Any takers on this question?

Feel the heater hoses at the firewall when the engine is heated up. If they are hot there, I'd say blend door. If not, heater control valve stuck.
