Uh yes we drove through a couple of creeks that were probably like 2 feet deep

Check for water in the transmission, you will have to drain it completely and keep your fingers crossed that no damage has been done. Auto trans have a breather cap for ventilation and will suck in water like there is no tomorrow. Pop the cap off get a hose to snugly fit over the inlet hole and silicone it down real good, then run the hose high up in the engine compartment and curl it making a 90 degree elbow at least 2-3 inches long to help keep water from getting in.
 
Well, what was the outcome? Water? Is the tranny working correctly now?
