No dash lights or tail lights, have headlights turn signals brake lights. Fuse #11 blows in engine compartment

So you have a short to ground in the park lamp circuit. Start at the front park lamp and rear tail light sockets and start inspecting the harness for being pinched and/or rubbed through. Pay close attention to any add-on wiring for trailer lights or additional lights. It could also be between the switch and the cluster.

Edit... if you've done any repairs to things right before it started happening... go back and double check your previous repairs.

I just thought of another thing...

I've seen several headlamp switch connectors melted over the years... have a peek at the connections on the switch.

Most common issue in older trucks is a butchered trailer light wiring harness
Under rear of truck drivers side you will find the wiring for the truck and...........all the trailer light wires that have been added over the years

The Brown wire is for tail lights, and uses fuse 11, as do dash lights
