I worked with a guy who bought cars in Western Canada when he took vacations...he'd scout them a few weeks before, make an offer over the phone...then drive out with a trailer and haul them back...never restored one of them but he made a BFBOC doing just that...
Out west they don't use salt and they've got these gems just sitting in fields waiting for someone to haul them away...and they're usually worth $5,000 minimum to some collector...so it can be very lucrative...
