They do look good to me, but as was stated, it's a weak Ranger axle made weaker by adding the extra wheels outside of the center of the wheel bearings.
Early Toyota-based motorhomes were converted like this by USA RV manufacturers. After people started wrecking them, Toyota quietly began replacing the orignal axles with real full-floating dually axles. Then they shipped the new chassis with these axles and matching fronts.
You can find the real dually Toyota axles on Ebay sometimes. Or you could swap in a SRW full-floater and run a fat single tire and use the wheel flair kit. It would have the look and be totally functional for heavy hauling.
