Another thing I just thought of is, in order to make the Mazda tails work you will have to do some re-wireing. The Ranger tails have a single bulb for stop, tail, turn and the mazda has one for stop, tail and a separate one for turn. I have no idea on how to do that, I've wired vehicles the other way useing a trailer light converter but that wont work backwards.
I don't know what the law is in your area but where I'm from (and most other places) if the light is there it has to work. Another option would be to paint them if you can figure out a way to do so and have them still look good, just don't paint over the red or white sections.
As for the Euros, I swear I've seen them on newer B-series trucks, but none of my suppliers can get them either.
