Newbie got shipped wrong carb

I have 86 ranger 2.0,,,,I live Everett,Wa. found and ordered carb from Idaho wreckin yd. I clearly said Motorcraft E57E DB A5K. 1barrel they sent me 2 barrel motorcraft E77E-9510-AA... mech buddy can get with me this weekend. What did they send me?

sounds like a carb for an 88 2.0 ranger, my 88 has that carb and i believe 88 was the only year they offered the 2bl on the 2.0

or you could just use the newer better carb.

was wonderin about conversion, 1 barrel has 2 bolts, 2 barrel has 4...guess I'd hav to change manifold.... in my state they did buy up of old cars.... hard to find parts....they said they have 3 2.0 motors there...hoping they have 86...have to go to work today...will talk to them.....seems they hav 88...if anyone lookin can post their # later....seeya,sam

Ahh, just yank that motor and put in a bigger motor...you know you want one!!!!! lol
