newbie from Illinois

hello guys....I bought myself a 1999 ford ranger xlt about a month ago. I finally saved enough money to get a new DD after driving my mustang year round and through winter.

I don't have any pictures at the moment but I do need some advice.

I'm having trouble picking out what kind of bed cover to get. I don't plan on using the bed a whole lot but I don want to spend a whole lot on getting one either. I just don't want to have to shovel a huge pile of snow in the winter in the bed.

The other thing is what intake would you guys suggest on getting?

Will definitely be on here a lot learning new things from everyone.

how are they with snow piling on top of them? gets pretty bad here in Chicago in the winter

It will slide off once you drive it i dont think ive ever shovled the snow out of my bed also from chicago
