Greetings!

My name is thomas. I'm 21 and i live in a small to medium rural town in Florida. No i do not like it here, heat is not pleasant, i prefer the cold. Gives people a perfect excuse to have bondfires, beer, women to cuddle up to and music playing out in a field. To hot here for that crap lol. I'm a starting off mechanic and learning a lot of new things. For those who live in Jacksonville, my father before he passed worked at the old Jim Martin Tire Company that used to be there. I forget what it's called now, he also served 36 years on the U.S.S. Enterprise as a aircraft mechanic. I'm a easy person to get along with but i have a open mind and quick mouth. So if i seem to get po'ed about something just ignore it. 5 minutes later i will be calm lol.

Right now i am driving a 1989 Ford Ranger 4x4. God knows the sub model, i can't seem to find the data on that, looked on the sticker inside the door and for tape where i was told shows the model, it said "2" and well after looking it up 2 isn't listed on the list that i found somewhere on this site. Same place i found out what transmission i am running. Right now as far as being mechanically sound, it's tip top for being 21 years old. But it has a few minor issues.

Problems: Shifter has free play in it, so you have to move around a lot to find the gears instead of the shifter resting in the middle like it should.
Parking brake is disconnected. So therefore either leave it in gear or forget parking on a hill lol. Cinderblock anyone?

Things thats been added to it: It has a lift kit on it, not sure how big of a lift, looked like a 2in lift to me but then again i have never messed with them.
Also has a PA system under the grill, so you can flip the toggle switch inside the cab and listen to music outside while being at a party or something. =P
(Yes i am a cowboy/redneck/ whatever you want to call it).
It's got a nice U.W.S tool box and heavy duty hitch.

Sad thing is it didn't come complete with a woman. :\ I would have liked to have that option. Bleh..guess that is for luxury editions. >_>
