Wow, I was actually quite intoxicated and forgot that I even wrote this last night

Just found it...

Thanks for the kind words, gentlemen! :icon_thumby:

The mustang is now awaiting a transplant of a 358ci Windsor, and it's undergone a full overhaul because I'm desperately trying to get a magazine cover in the next few years...

The 5.0 litre that the car currently had is sitting in our military auto shop, and when I get a chance to start working on it (it's in great shape but I like toying with these things), my intent, due to my theories on power to weight ratio, is to place the 302 into my Ranger, ultimately resulting in better gas mileage than my Vulcan gets at this point in time, despite using much bigger tires...

If anybody would like me to further elaborate on these theories, let me know and I'll try to make remember my ridiculous rant

I'm currently looking at a member's Ranger on this board, to import into Canada and use for some solid offroad duty. This would allow me to keep my 01 for "pretty boy" use...

That said, if anybody has any information on quick and easy solutions to cross border customs on used mud trucks, feel free to fill me in...

Anyway, I hope to find a good home in this site, and look forward to learning quite a bit while I'm here :icon_cheers:

welcome to trs . looks like you had lots of fun with the ranger..:icon_thumby:

dude, that truck looks awesome. my favorite color ...... mud.

I have mixed feelings on the 302 getting better mileage than the 3.0L......... in theory it works but we have yet to see somebody keep their foot out of it long enough to get an accurate check on mileage.

haha....i probably won't be much of a help then...I tend to be hard on my vehicles, at best

We'll see....maybe i'll save the lead foot for the Mustang...speaking of which, here's some new pics of the boy....

the gray looks much better than the red. Its a good looking car, I don't care for that body style but I like mustangs.
