Define your problems or any symptoms you can. Then (and only then) you will get help. Plenty of people can help you, but you need to do some work. If you want generalities, you should ask for generalities, but most people here deal with concrete information.

You have the Pulse Vacuum Hubs (PVH hubs). They are engaged by a short vacuum pulse. which locks (and unlocks) them with a click pen like mechanism. If they are dirty inside, have low vacuum or a vacuum leak in the engine, are not lubed properly or are stripped, you are going to have problems. Other failure issues can be caused by broken plastic inside the hubs.
There are manual replacements available aftermarket (called AVM hubs) for about $100. I have them and they work very well.

Does that get you started?
