New to the ranger station

[347 Ranger]

Hi i am new to The Ranger station ,like my name implies i have a 347 stroker Ranger with c4 auto . The reason I am here is i need information on using a ranger 5 speed standard with the V8 engine. Is there a bell housing to mate these together or a way to mate the 5 speed to V8 bell ? My truck with the
C4 works great but I would like a overdrive for better fuel economy.

Hi! Welcome to TRS.

There is a whole section devoted to V8 swaps and the combos that have been made to work, as well as a search function to help narrow it down to exactly what you're looking for. Rehashing it all is WAY to time consuming. Most likely you just need one of the adapter kits and maybe some driveshaft work or shafts from a different truck.
