New to the Forum with a 2000 Ranger

Hello all. Picked up a project truck and been searching for good info. Found this site.
Truck is a 2000 4x4 5 speed 4.0l 4 door.

Was the before truck on Denver Craigslist? Or the bed at least? I swear I've seen it before. Anyways, that truck looks sweet. Got any more pictures?

Yep! Just sold the yellow bed yesterday

I have a few pics I took at Home Depot the other day. lol
Converted the front to the 01-04 style-

It's just the factory black on top, oxfoxd white on bottom and the 96 Corvette Grand Sport blue stripe. A buddy of mine help get tthe truck all ready and painted it for me. Turned out great. No wetsanding or buffing

I knew I've seen that before! Where in Colorado are you at? I love that truck by the way, it looks so sweet! Got any future plans for it?

Thanks! I live in Brighton. I'm pretty sure its gonna get a v8 swap. Have a line on a explorer 5.0. Or I have a 02 FX4 parts truck. So I may put some Alcoas and the manual t case in.

For sure do a build thread if I do the V8. I can't find a good one for a 4.0 ohv to 5.0.

Ummm can I have your 4.0? Haha that's an upgrade to me from my 3.0. Maybe look into the V8 swap forum. There's got to be something out there.

The 02 was rolled. Pretty rough, but it is an FX4
