Working on my third ranger. I have a 1993 ranger extended cab 4.0v6 4x4. Having starting issues. Thought it was the fuel pump, so replaced it. Found out that was not it. The fuel relay is not clicking, but there is power to the relay. Any help would be appreciated. Great site.

Swap the fuel pump relay with the horn relay. If the horn gets screwy and it starts starting you found the problem.

Already replaced the relay and it still has no power to fuel pump. 12v power readings at all wires except the ground/inertia switch wires there it is 5v. At the pump it is also 5v from the inertia switch. I have 3 relays in my engine fuse box. EEC power, fuel pump, and ac. Eec power is the only one that clicks.
