Wheni acclerate hard loud noiseand vibration from ass end so i searched around alot said to replace rear driveshaft. Funkys driveshaft ive seen went to jyard picked up a normal one out of a 90 think it will still work. James duff wanted like 400 for one seemed a little ridicolous. Goin to try it out later 2nite havn issues with push button 4x4. But neways if u guys got ne good info let me now thanx. And thanx for this awesome resource for info

Welcome to the site. You'll def want a u joint style driveshaft. Might have to tap on the motor on the t case to get it to shift.

Pics are a plus and where are you located?

I've got another motor for your t case if you need it. A new one will cost about a hundred bucks from a parts store. You can find a manual t case for that price. Plus you are not too far away. We try to get together for Okie meets every once in awhile.

Sounds good. Just took it to gas station put 50 in it now pouringas from pasgr side always sumthn

welcome fellow okie. i had to replace my motor as well. easy fix.

If its bad is that what makes the low range light to stay on

Good chance that your tank is rusted thru. Or the gasket didnt seal when the fuel pump was replaced.

Its possible that its in low range. Didnt mess w the elec t case too much. Thats why I found some manual ones.

How bad is it to drop the tank. Never done a bronco ii. I seen the metal skid plate only has like 4 bolts is the tank strapped? Its not in low. I also have to by a auto lockn hub for driver side its cracked and missing a chunk jyard said like 50 for a one. Sucks the only jyard around me thats has two bii's is 30 miles away

Its not too bad. But its still a booger.

To get to the fuel pump , I would just cut an access hole above the tank.

Are there any hose that run along pasgr side by the framerail thats where its leakin from

buy a monster and tear that thing apart, it will treat you good when you treat it bad! i have no idea why you would have fuel on the pass side. i guess the fuel could be running down the frame and just drippin there.
those shift motors are super easy to change, but you will need a pick set or some really small screwdrivers to hook it up. when you unplug it, look inside the plug. you should see a little round red plastic thing, use the pick to get that out, then lightly pry back the little tab that holds the terminal pin. good luck and watch craigslist for parts trucks.
