very nice truck! i was wondering how much more of a difference a 5/6 drop would make. i have a 96 reg cab with the stepside and looking at putting 17's on it. i just cant make up my mind on a 3/4 or a 5/6.

thanks guys... means alot. ive used this site many times to research and decide on the drop. It was alot of work for my first time doing the 3/4 because of maine weather and rusted bolts that were frozen and rusted in place. went and got it aligned today... took the guy (5 hours) idfk what he was doing but it steers great now and rides good. This is why I spend my time and money working on my truck bec when someone says hey nice ride or you drive by and someone does a double take.. that is what makes it worth it. sorry for my rant

nice truck man. looks good. reminds me of the good ol' days when i had my 97 all slammed and shit. word of advice> never shave the door handles! lol down here in NY my door latch solenoids rusted right up and froze up within a year! what a pain in the a$$
