Time for new pads...

I have heard good things about the Yellowstuff pads, but they are apparently not available for the 1989. How about the Greenstuff? Any good?

How about rotors? Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Are you going to keep the stock rotors? If so, I'd get pads from Ford. When going for the aftermarket stuff, it seems there are so many choices out there, I'd want advice from someone who actually used and was happy with the components on their vehicle.
All that said, on the german cars, people seem pretty thrilled with Brembo and the EBC you mentioned. I'm sure you already looked up the differences when moving to a ceramic pad.

I have been having an issue where the truck pulls to one side. I think the fault is with the caliper. Anyway, I bought loaded calipers that came with brake pads because they were on clearance (only $15 per side for caliper plus pads). They are made by Kelsey-Hayes. Does anybody have any experience with them?
