Ford Marketing used to offer value packages available for different trim levels. For instance, an XL trim level might have two available Value Packages, each with a couple of extra options. XLT trim also had a couple of different value packages. It's prolly explained in the sales brochure.

I'm not sure if Marti offers a repro window sticker or not. Try googling "Marti report Ford Ranger" and see what can be had. They'll at least sell you a report listing what your truck was built with.
