When I first became a member of this site, I asked a lot of questions. I didn't realize the Tech Library existed, or how to use the search function. The guys were willing to answer some of my questions, even though they had probably answered them 1,000 times before I showed up.
I finally learned to use the Tech Library, which answered 80% of my questions. Then I learned to use the search function, which answered even more of my questions.
Then I spent a couple weeks reading any thread that had something to do with my project......learned a lot more!
BUT, the biggest mistake I made was not keeping a list of the exact thread & post # of all the information that I found useful.
Then, 6 months later, when I encountered a certain problem with my project, I couldn't remember the thread or post that would solve my problem!
Long story short: keep a log of information that catches your eye, so you won't have to search for it months later,
I hope this info helps make someone's project go easier.
