New member lift question

So im new to the site and a few weeks ago I bought a 1985 eddie bronco 2
4x4. Its in pretty good condition and I like how it looks stock but I would really like to give it a 1.5-2inch lift, ive heard of making a lift that consits of washers in the front and a block in the rear. I have no plans of bieng able to fit 33's or anything I just want to run some 235 all terrains and make it look a little better. Can anybody tell me about what I need to do the above mentioned lift? What supplys I would need, etc? Thanks.
