Hello, thank you for this community forum. I've owned a 97 Ranger 2wd since it was on the showroom floor. I've invested in her over the last 20 years and she still runs like a dog on roids.
What brought me to the forums is a journey I'd like to take and I discovers a few members from Google search talking about the topic here is 2014. I'd like to meet these folks and see if they ever followed the path of the topic. The topic was "did Ford make a 97 2.3l 5spd 4x4, and if so what were the years.. And if not can it be done. If so, how... What mods up. Is there a 4.0 chassis that can be used and maybe the 2.3 just dropped in?"

If someone could help, point, drop a link.. Or have them or anyone else that could help.. My way.. I would be greatfully appreciated.
