Hello everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself. I am not new to the ranger or explorer game but I did recently purchase my newest project. I'm hoping this site will be a useful tool during this trucks journey. I bought a 1989 Ranger regular cab long box roller. Its as rust free as you can get for Minnesota(there is still a little). I got a steal of a deal at $250. I plan on turning this into my new drag racer. I have a 302 block already machined to become a 347 and I plan on tracking down a C4 and 8.8 rear end to complete the drive train. the rest I will figure out as i go. I already drag race a mustang but I always wanted to build a ranger to beat up on the guys with s10 pickups. Here are photos of the truck.
