Just signed up. I've read stuff on here a few times, the tech files are real helpful. Lots of good info.
I've got a 1989 Ranger, 2wd, 2.3L, 5 Speed manual, base model. I've done a few little things to it. I painted the grille, headlight bezels, front and rear bumper, and rims gloss black. Looks way better than the faded gray they were. Tinted the tail lights, installed a radio system (base model, no radio from the factory), clarion CD/MP3 player, 2 cerwin vega speakers in the doors (was stuff i already had laying around the house) and an auto zone antenna. I also put seats from an 04 (or close to it) ranger. Its a split bench with a center console. Also have the shift boot from a 96ish truck, the one with cup holders. Also i put 20% tint all around. I bought it to get good gas mileage and to keep my nicer truck clean going to and from work. I only paid $350 for this little guy too.
Here is just a shot of my other truck...
