new guy from Pensacola FL. got a 89 ford ranger and 04 mustang mach 1. the ranger has a 2.3 and i tow dirt bikes every weekend and it just doesnt has the power it needs for towing so i need to upgrade to the 4.0

Welcome, that 2.3 is bullet proof I have over 300,000 miles on mine.
