I've been a member here for years, but I haven't been active in quite some time. I guess there was a reset or something.

Anyway, I've had Rangers since 2004 starting with a 2000 XLT Off Road. It got totaled about 3 years ago. A driver turned in front of me and I couldn't stop in time. I hit that car at around 40mph.

Next I got a 2004 FX4 that had a 2 inch body lift and 285/75R16 tires. It was an OK vehicle and got me around but I never really liked it due to color (burgundy) and it wasn't my 2000.

I just bought a 2021 XLT Tremor and I really like it so far.

I also have a 1993 Mustang GT that is my dream car. 53k original miles and it's mostly original. It got damaged in a house fire I had in February of 2020, and it still has some paint/body issues that will probably never be right. That is another long, frustrating story.

Anyway, glad to be back.

Did you send the FX4 down the road or did you keep it?

Welcome back to TRS...

I traded it in. They gave me a fair amount for it. I'm not even sure I would have got that much selling it on my own.

Yeah... used car market is on fire right now... just like the housing market.

I'm glad I got my house repaired just before the construction materials went bonkers. We were out of pocket $65k to finish it anyway.

The dealer did tell me the '04 would be going straight to wholesale, it's too old to have on the lot. So I'd bet it ends up on the auction block in Denver.

I know... we just bought a small ready to move in house... but want to do some updates. My Home Depot card is gonna get abused pretty hard I fear.

Even gas prices are on the rise...

I'm just ready to live life normal again.

Need a new roof this summer, gotta resheet the whole thing going from slate to shingles.

Almost a $100 a sheet of plywood, RIP.
