The Bronco II forum is pretty dull (not much action) so I decided to check out this forum since lots of stuff between the Ranger and Bronco II are common....

I am looking for an OEM radio/tape deck (functional of course) for an 89'.

Welcome, here is a housewarming gift (as I fart loudly).
There was a pretty good thread about this recently. Stereo stuff has come a long way, and gotten cheaper for some reasons...Not sure if you can find an oem replacement, but there are plenty of upgrades out there. They make adapter kits and stuff to make installation and wiring a breeze. Having usb, a 3.5mm jack, and bluetooth is nice. I bought a cheapo unit for $30 bucks and it works awesome!

If you specifically want oem stereo, I would check on sites like ebay using key words like oem, motorcraft, and also NOS or new old stock

Thanks, I've been watching e-Bay but most are advertising Ford part numbers and I can't seem to find a part number for an 89' radio/tape deck. Does anyone have it written down or a link?
