new guy with 99 ranger

hello all. I have a 99 ranger xlt 4x4 reg cab long bed. 3L auto tranny. I have a few mods done to it. I have been a member of rangerforums.com for some tme now and just now got around to this site. I am looking to do a body lift soon, along with shackles, add a leaf, and manual to power interior. heres some pics:

since pictures i have added, OHC, power mirror style, chrome dif cover and a few other thigns.
