New guy, probably old question

OK, I've had a 98 XLT 4WD since new. These days it rides like.. well, a 12 yr old truck. washboard makes it feel like it wants to swap ends, and big bumps make all 4 corners react at different rates. I have 4 new Bilsteins on the way which should help,but what I REALLY am looking for is a complete polyurethane bushing kit for rear springs, both sway bars and anything in the front suspension. Duff has good stuff, but is for older models. Correct me if I'm wrong?!? I've spent the last day searching with no luck.
