Hello all, I'm Steven from Bozeman, MT. I picked up my '06 Ranger from a state auction in Washington (used to belong to the Agriculture department at the Walla Walla community college) with 146k miles on it last year it and shortly thereafter I had the infamous blown thermostat housing followed (about 800 miles later) with a failed timing chain tensioner. Now just over 170k miles and loving it! I haven't done much other than fix a few things that were worn out when I bought it but it's got Ultra Badlands wheels (I'm still not 100% sure about them, but I got a great deal on them) and my old Alpine CDE-103.
Currently I have an Eaton M90 supercharger from a 1990 Ford Thunderbird Super Coupe that I'm considering installing on it, so I have been a lurker on this forum for quite some time looking for information on the install and trying to get over my cold feet about the upgrade, anybody with advice or any input it's greatly appreciated! I'm also working on retrofitting some HID Bi-Xenon projectors into the headlights. I did a write-up on this for my Subaru Legacy but after looking around on this forum it appears there's already an excellent one here so I likely won't post anything other than finished pictures of them.
