New gas tank straps

I'm in need of some gas tank straps for my '92 long bed since the previous owner fubard the originals The problem is I'm 99% sure it has the optional 19.6 gallon tank like extended cabs. The tank physically looks different towards the rear compared to my '91 long bed which has the standard 16 gallon tank. Rock auto has the straps new for cheap however they only offer one set for long beds. Im assuming the 19.6 gallon tank is the same as an extended cab so I'll assume ordering one for that will get me the correct one?

I'm not so sure. I think the Ex cab trucks had an even smaller tank. I know mine is only about 14.5 gallon.

I've put 19 gallons in the Rat, '94 extended cab, 6' bed I'm using some load banding strap and a piece of 1/4 all thread and washers. The tank is the same design as the Grand Wags. The plastic tank is encased in a sheet metal box, that rots out the frame rail. The tank is molded to fit in the frame rail.If the inboard stuff is in good shape then the tank cant go any where.

just ratchet strap it in there! i did that with my radiator
