Hey guys, I just signed up to the site yesterday. My Dad owns a '94 Ford Ranger XLT that he bought new, however he rolled it four times in late December and it is now totalled. Thank god he was wearing his seat belt and is doing OK!
So I've been searching all over to find a replacement truck for him. He liked his old Ranger a lot and became pretty good at working on it with the help of his neighbor. I've been hoarding info on Rangers and I found an '03 FX4 Level II here in Wyoming that I'm hoping to go pick up next week.
Anything I should look for in particular when I go to see the truck? It looks like it has all the LII goodness: 5 spd manual trans, manual transfer case, forged Alcoa wheels etc...but will it be obvious by looking if the truck still has Bilsteins and all the skid plates? Looks like this a great truck though. Can't wait to get it!
