new flowmaster installed

slapped on a new muffler, flowmaster 40. will run this setup till I can do a full cat back. Just cut into the existing line and clamped on some spacers. Sounds much better

Looks good. I just had a local 4x4 shop weld me up a catback system with a flowmaster 40 a few weeks back. Love it. Hope you enjoy yours.

I saw the first picture without realizing there was a second. This is what went through my head:

1) I didn't know they made round Flowmasters
2) Why is the pipe going into a hole, something ain't right

yeah you gotta like that first pic. Sounded like sh*t in the cab. The muffler went in real easy, took more time to find the right sized adapters at the auto parts storeflipoff:Vato-zone) than it did to actually install it.

you will definately like that mufler - i have a flowmaster 44 series and it sounds sweet for a four cylinder lol!

So, it's been awhile now. How do you like it? Make any sound clips/videos?

I'm still sick of the cherry bomb I put on my 2.9l 88'. Thinking of going the Flowmaster 40 route.

JUST finished my side exit custom exhaust - sounds awesome! 2.5" with a flowmaster super 44 series..sounds great; now just gotta fix the rattle
