Just purchased a used 2001 Ford Explorer Sport 4x4. It needs drastic attention to its suspension system and body mount bushings. I bought it for work to replace the 1994 Mazda b4000 that I used to drive. The Mazda lost compression in most of the cylinders so I had to find something else for a work vehicle. I found this Explorer for $4000 that has only 135k on it. Runs great and has decent power. The engine bay is very clean also. I think whoever had it before never took it off road. The underside of the Explorer has some rust but other than the body bushings and spring shackle mounts it's clean under there too. I am new to this forum so I just wanted to say HI and let everyone know what I had.
