New Door Speakers. :D

Just ordered my new set of door speakers.

I had those blaupunkts, But they needed crossovers, and tweeters.

I figured, I just might as well go big.

Ive grown to love fusion, As my cousin has 2 12" Encounter subs in his... sorry trs... Jeep.


So i going to give them a try, They are 3-way. No need for crossovers, tweeters, blockers, all that noise.


Ill post pics of my install in my build thread.

Oh, Btw, the blau's are for sale.

If there going in stock location your gonna need an adapter for those round speakers so itll bring the speaker out a lil bit so you shouldnt have mounting issues.

Fits like a charm, Windows roll all the way down, and i took off that god awful mesh, and i can see the green cone.

Its a great addition to my truck.

aren't you worried about damage to the speakers with no grill/protection around them?

There's a felt material that they put on the inside of the grilles on the panel to keep dust off the speakers. That's prob. What he took off. I did the same to my 98 exploder

Yeah, Theres still the ford grille, I just took out the black mat.

Still protected.

Still rocking.

never heard of them before now.


are they on the same quality level as say pioneer, alpine, etc?
or are they more like a pyle or sony, etc level?
they aren't like focal are they? lol

They are on the level of alpine, kenwood, JBL, And such.

Not quit. Alpine is better than Kenwood and JBL but still doesnt hold a match to Sundown, Audioque, DC SOund Labs, Resonant Engineering and such.

I would say Fusion is on the level with Hifonics....there amps are entry level but there speakers are meh....not great but def better than stock.
