good start

Looks good to hold up against brush--but wont be any good if an antlered friend steps in front of you. At first glance I debated if that was Conduit or DOM. :icon_confused:I'm hoping the latter. Keep on going with the good work.

The before weighed alot more. when i took it off the front of the BII raised up about a inch. its made out of heavy wall black pipe. i built a light bar before outta of the same stuff and it held up to a guard rail on my first explorer- also an mini van also.

what bender did you get the hydralic or the bench bender. I have been looking for one.

heres the light bar that i built. this pic was taken after both accidents

Looks chinsy and unsupported to me. Adding some bracing back into the fenders might help, what size pipe is that, 3/4"?

it's decent however the latter looked better, it would look badass if the loop in the centre was a stinger imo. I just like the way stingers look on jeeps and b2s however, i'm biased heh

it fairy strong. i've pushed the explanger with it and the bumper didn't move.
it a combination of 1" and 3/4".
i was thinking about going with more of a stinger but i decided that this way i wouldn't have to worry about it sticking out.

i think it would be more beefy if you would have had the main tube be 1 1/2" or bigger.

thats the same bender i have. not really impressed with it, but it gets the job done.
I agree though, i like the first one better. maybe just use that one as a base and build off of that.
