I've been wanting to buy a ranger to build into a pre-runner for years, recently, I had the opportunity to purchase a 1994 ranger 4.0/5speed with much of the work already complete.

My truck has a fabtech long travel front suspension kit with 4 dual reservoir shocks on the front end.

Bronco Rear axle, offroad springs, and offroad shocks. unknown brand at the moment.

Truck has baja fenders on front and back.

Weld Racing rims

35" Cooper mud tires (I plan on getting 31"s because these are too big for jumping)

Problem is, I need a front pre runner bumper for the truck and unfortunately bajabumpers.com has closed down! And I have wanted one of those for as long as I have wanted a pre-runner!

What to do! What to do!

My build log will commence soon.

I'd say buy a welder like a Hobart 140 or 190, a tube bender, a sawzall, and a grinder. If you are going to be jumping this truck, I think having those tools will be well worth it. They will also let you build exactly what you want for a bumper.

Can't wait to see what you do with the truck :icon_thumby:

I like it all but the bedsides. Ive never been a big fan of the high top bedsides.
