For trimming i just used the stock fender flair as a guide and cut the whole thing off. At the bottom of the front fender it is trimmed right to the lower mounting bolt. I think its about 3" total front and back. Anyways here are some pics that you guys asked for. First pic shows winch mount from front, GLO diff cover, DOM with chevy TRE steering, and front air mount under pass headlight in bumper. The winch mount is 2x2x.25" thick square tube that was welded to the back of the james duff bumper. The trac bar is 1/2" plate bolted and welded to the frame with the stock 78 bronco mount cut in half and then welded to the plate and the frame. Also added a piece of .25" plate from the mount over to the engine crossmember for added strenght.
This pic shows the mount from the side and also the saginaw ps pump i upgraded.
Rear diff cover with shock mounts rotated up outta the way.
On board Air setup is 12volt puma air compressor with 1.5 gal tank along with a 7 gal walmart tank mounted under the bed. The rear hookup is in the bed. I wired it with 4 guage wire with inline 175 amp spade fuse. It runs air tools like a champ!!
Tank
Last is rear ALLOY shafts, nice insurance.
Any questions about anything just ask, this truck has been my project since 99'. For those thinking about SAS it is the BEST thing i have ever done to the truck, by far, and actually was one of the easiest things too.
