I've Got A 91 4.0 Xlt. I've Got Plenty Of Spark And Fuel To The Rail, But It Will Not Start!?! Don't Know A Lot About Fuel Injection. The Only Info. I Got Was To Have The Ignition Module Tested. What Else Should I Be Looking For?? Checked The Price On The Module And I'm Hoping That Isn't It. I Want To Get It Runing Before I Put The New A4ld In. I Was Also Considering Changing Over To A Manual Transfer That I Have. Any Problems With That And Auto Hubs??

If youve got plenty of spark thats "probably" not the problem...
But don't rule it out.
You have fuel at the rail..but is it the correct amount of fuel pressure? Have you tried starting it with starting fluid? Too much or too little pressure will also make it fail.

If it fires up with starting fluid, you can assume for whatever reason the injectors arent pumping.

Went And Got Mod Tested............. Junk...... Time To Search For One.... $165 At The Parts Store. Need A Cheaper Alternative.

Sounds like you timing is off. Pull the spark plugs and put a coke bottle cap full of fuel down each plug and see it if fires up of a second or two.

sounds to me like you have a bad injector relay, if you can get a noide light and check the injectors to see if they are pulsing to let fuel in the cyl., if the light blinks on and off while your cranking the engine then the relay is good, if not then the relay is bad or the ecm is or possibly wiring , ive seen that problem on a lot of f150s, the relay would go bad and once you change it, it would fire right up...
